Officials in Castroville, Texas claimed that the well-known food shopper Michael Duarte passed away on Saturday after being shot and killed by a lieutenant sheriff's deputy in the state of Medina County.
When officers responded to a call to 911 about a person armed with a blade who was acting "erratically" were called about the event around 11:30 a.m. Duarte was discovered out of control and threatening to "kill all," according to the Sheriff's Office. Firefighters and doctors were present at the picture, and the celebrity reportedly attempted to assault them before officers arrived.
The Confrontation's Time
According to reports, officials instructed him to get to the ground and drop the knife, but Duarte reportedly attempted to attack one of the soldiers and refused to do so.
Duarte yelled," I'm going to destroy you!" as the official lunged at him. According to the official statement, the official fired two pictures while using her service weapon.
The father was taken to a San Antonio medical where he was later treated at the scene before being taken there for treatment. He was later declared dead.
The home and his manager discovered him dead the following day during what they termed a "horrible crash" on a Texas family vacation.
From the home to cultural internet
Owing to his unique barbecue techniques and outdoor cooking videos, Duarte, who is known as @FoodWithBearHands, amassed more than 2 million followers online. His friendly and playful personality earned him a cherished name in the digital culinary scene.
The influence had previously shared in person that he had experienced a nervous collapse during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led him to get medical help and get a path to recovery in cooking. In addition, he had spoken openly about his cognitive health struggles.
Looking back, I am aware of the break I experienced because I felt let down by my existence. I was deeply affected by the lockdown, he wrote in one of his comments. Duarte was raised by his lone family in Calipatria, California, by an aunt who operated a Mexican restaurant. He claimed that his mother had breast tumor when he was 21 and had experienced profound impact on him. He and his family Jessica and their 6-year-old child Oakley resided in San Diego. It's been 24 days since my world collapsed, Jessica Duarte wrote in a terrible message on Instagram. I'm shocked, furious, and down. There are no words that can adequately explain this suffering. I never imagined I'd been writing this. You were a publisher to the outside world, but we saw you as a caring husband and father. You didn't receive this, I tell you. " I will be strong for our child and love you forever."
If only one person could take a moment to pray for our home, my husband and I did miss you until we get together again.
Officials in Medina County are still looking into the circumstances that caused the encounter. No information has been provided as to what might have caused the occurrence or Duarte's emotional state prior to the fight.
