Jeson Lelon Presilla Flores, who was actually from Chile, was one of seven individuals accused last year of robbing a Brink's armored truck north of Los Angeles in 2022 of a pull of diamonds, pearls, gold, and designer watches.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) detained Flores in September without the federal prosecutors looking into his criminal case. He was a legal permanent resident who was not currently under bond.
