A 4-year-old Hispanic girl was allegedly kidnapped in Los Angeles, so the California Highway Patrol (CHP) issued an Amber Alert on Monday night to locate her.
According to the CHP, 4-year-old Daleza Fregoso was last seen around 4:00 a.m. this Sunday in the area of ​​the intersection of Alsace Avenue and Ferndale Street, in the Arlington Heights neighborhood, according to Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officials.
In the Amber Alert, Daleza was described as a girl 3 feet (90 cm) tall, weighing approximately 45 pounds (20 kilograms). He has black hair and brown eyes. It was not known how she was dressed.
