4-year-old Hispanic girl kidnapped in Los Angeles

A 4-year-old Hispanic girl was allegedly kidnapped in Los Angeles, so the California Highway Patrol (CHP) issued an Amber Alert on Monday night to locate her.
According to the CHP, 4-year-old Daleza Fregoso was last seen around 4:00 a.m. this Sunday in the area of the intersection of Alsace Avenue and Ferndale Street, in the Arlington Heights neighborhood, according to Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officials.
In the Amber Alert, Daleza was described as a girl 3 feet (90 cm) tall, weighing approximately 45 pounds (20 kilograms). He has black hair and brown eyes. It was not known how she was dressed.
