A hit-and-run vehicle struck a wheelchair-bound Spanish woman on January 9 in the Orange County town of Santa Ana, killing her.
Sabrina Michelle Duran, 55, was identified by Sergeant Gerard McCann of the Orange County Sheriff's Department on Monday.
The Santa Ana Police Department claimed that the hit-and-run took place in the 600 block of North Grand Avenue at around 6:30 p. m. , where officers responded after receiving event information.
