The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA ) was sued by the U. S. Department of Justice ( DOJ) for alleged antisemitism and a supposedly hostile work environment.
The DOJ provided a statement regarding the lawsuit, which was released this Tuesday in a record of the 81-page complaint. By failing to stop or correct unfair and harassing behavior, the complaint alleges that UCLA engaged in a design or process of Title VII prejudice against Jewish and Jewish employees.
