After participating in a rally against ICE in downtown Los Angeles, a woman was struck by a less-lethal bullet fired by an officer, and she intends to reimburse the LAPD for excessive force.
Jasmin Lomas, 25, was a member of a group of protesters who gathered on January 30 outside the Metropolitan Detention Center to voice their opposition to immigration controls by the Trump presidency.
Lomas took part in a prepared two-day show called "ICE Out," which was held in downtown Los Angeles.
