A judge dropped the charges against a Spanish TikTok influence who was shot by an immigration adviser during a South Los Angeles arrest in October.

While being held in federal prison, the court claimed that TikToker Carlitos Ricardo Parias, also known as Richard LA, was denied entry to his attorneys. On October 21, an incident occurred at around 8:52 a. m. in the 400 stop of East 20th Street, where national authorities reported an activity that began apprehending an illegal immigrant who had formerly evaded record.
