In any organism, there is a link: between nature, between countries, between companies, and also in society. We Latinos form a bond within Southern California and in all sectors.

We are the workforce, the students and the teachers, the employees and the business owners, the voters and the politicians, the tenants and the owners, the communicators and the audience, the believers and the pastors.

Although the Latino community has influenced Southern California for more than 200 years, our impact has grown in the last 50 years and we continue to rise, we continue to influence the development of our communities.

With us, Southern California grows and improves. Without us, it diminishes and declines.

Our responsibility is to develop our skills to improve our lives, that of our families, and at the same time, the life of the entire community.

Forward!
