The second year of the Porsche Cayenne Electric comes with something more than continuity for the electric SUV. Porsche took advantage of the 2027 model upgrade to expand the possibilities of comfort and take the customization of its SUV and Coupé versions even further.

This time, much of the attention is directed to the cabin and those details that seek to make the experience of each owner different.

These include electric doors, 4D audio massage and new finish options developed by Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur.
The Cayenne Electric 2027 can be equipped with a system that allows automatic opening and closing of its four doors with a short drive of the handle. The function can be used inside or outside the vehicle and is also integrated into different car controls.
The driver can control it using cabin buttons, handles, the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) Flow Display and the Porsche digital key. It is even possible to configure automatic shutdown when the seat belt is wrapped or the brake is pushed.
The technology also incorporates sensors capable of detecting obstacles around doors. If a person or other element appears on the trajectory, the movement stops. In addition, by working alongside assistance systems, you can prevent a door from opening when another vehicle approaches.
Comfort is prominent with a 4D audio massage system for the front seats. Each seat features 16 airbags and six sound actuators distributed between the back and the pillow.
The system offers five massage programs and different levels of intensity and vibration, which can be selected from the central screen.
Thus, the occupant can choose different levels of vibration and distribution of the effects without the need to activate a massage program. Porsche combines these features with sound landscapes designed to generate different environments inside the cabin.
For the first time, the Cayenne Electric can access the Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur Paint to Sample program, with a selection of up to 105 colors.
The usual offer includes 13 tones grouped in the categories Contrasts, Shades, Dreams and Legends. Paint to Sample significantly expands this range for those looking for a less conventional configuration.
There are also new alternatives inside the cabin. The Extended Interior Style Package adds leather surfaces, green decorative seams and different options for seat consoles. Threshold panels are also offered in Race-Tex and with contrast seams.
For its part, the Interior Style Package, developed by Style Porsche and Exclusive Manufaktur, bets on a combination of black and green to give the interior a more marked identity.
The new features are available for both the Cayenne Electric and the Cayenne Coupé Electric.In the U.S. market, the 2027 range remains with these starting prices.
