A Spanish man was discovered dead inside a police vehicle that was parked in front of the Azusa Police Department building shortly on March 26.
Eric Valencia, 37, was discovered dying in a police car that was not in use.
The Spanish man was not in custody, according to Azusa Police Department authorities, and they had no idea how he got into the car.
