The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation ( CDCR ) announced this Saturday that the death of a Hispanic prisoner in a state prison was being looked into as a homicide.
Hector Ozuna, 66, was found incapacitated inside his body at 6:07 a. m. on August 1 according to a media release from the Richard J. Donovan Prison in San Diego County.
Alexis Guerrero, 30, and Ozuna were in each other's body at the time of the alleged crime, according to the CDCR.
