More than 400 people were arrested during Fourth of July celebrations in Orange County.
The Newport Beach Police Department (NBPD) reported the arrest during the night of this Saturday and early Sunday of 402 people, half of them detained in a single incident that occurred on the Balboa Peninsula.
Authorities released images of several incidents, in which fireworks were seen exploding near the ground in the middle of a large group of people.
