Authorities in Lexington, South Carolina, are continuing an investigation to locate a woman who was reported missing after leaving a gym last week.
Elena Katherine Moore, 39, has not been seen or had contact with family or acquaintances since Thursday, according to the Lexington Police Department.
The disappearance was officially reported the next day.
Moore works as a personal trainer at a local sports center and, according to investigators, had a regular routine that included frequent visits to the Planet Fitness gym located on Whiteford Way.

According to police, Moore checked into the gym on Thursday at 6:40 p.m. m.
Security cameras later captured images showing her walking away from the establishment and walking towards a wooded area located behind a nearby store.
Authorities later reported that new recordings allowed the timeline to be expanded.
According to that update, Moore was last seen at 9:17 p.m. m. walking through the parking lot of a nearby supermarket and heading toward Old Cherokee Road.
According to police, he was wearing the same clothing reported leaving the gym.
Search teams remain operational and request help from the public
Authorities said they conducted drone searches in the nearby wooded area without finding any clues about its location.

Police described the woman as approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The last time she was seen she was wearing an olive green zip-up sports jacket and black sports pants.
