After allegedly assaulting a six-year-old child in the pool at the Gaylord Palms Hotel in Orlando, Florida, Tiffany Lee Griffith, 36, was detained on Friday afternoon.

The small reportedly shoved Griffith's son during a water game, according to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, leading to the event. The girl placed her fingers on the boy's hips for a number of seconds, causing him to burn from his head, according to the police report. Witnesses claimed that three children were playing the game and that the situation had gotten violent before the event. The boy told his parents what had happened when he emerged from the ocean, which he was clearly disturbed. Before leaving the pool area, Griffith began yelling at the teen's family following the incident. The lady was detained and charged with aggravated child abuse by the Orange County Sheriff's Office. She is currently being held without parole in the county jail.
