Raúl Jiménez sparked the alarms just days after Rafa Márquez presented his first call to head the Mexican national team. The Mexican forward was injured on Wednesday during the match between Everton and Wolverhampton, corresponding to the third round of the Carabao Cup.
Jiménez started the match as a titular, but had to leave the field at the 37th minute after feeling a discomfort in the left knee.
