The figure of Julián Álvarez became the center of a new dispute between the two main clubs in Madrid this Tuesday. What began as a consultation about the contractual situation of the Argentine forward led to official statements, conflicting versions and a series of public messages that raised the tension between Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid.

The white club announced that it had submitted an offer of 150 million euros for the federative rights of the Argentine attacker.
