An 18-year-old Hispanic man from Orange County was arrested after his girlfriend died as a result of injuries she suffered in a fight.
Ethan Vidal, 18, was identified as a suspect in the death of Janely Gutierrez, 17, according to the Garden Grove Police Department.
Authorities said that around 11:30 p.m. on August 9, officers responded to an incident at a residence in the 8800 block of Hewitt Place.
