The man extradited from Peru accused of killing his wife and dumping her body in the Angeles National Forest will face the full weight of the law, Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said Monday.
Jossimar Cabrera Cornejo, 36, returned to Los Angeles on Friday after being extradited from South America to face a murder charge, with the special allegation of using a knife as the deadly weapon, in the murder of Sheylla Lisbet Cabrera on August 10 in her Lancaster apartment.
After allegedly committing the murder of Sheylla, 33, Jossimar Cabrera traveled to Peru with his three children.
