The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office charged a Latino man with reportedly closing the 110 Freeway to film a music video.
In a speech, the prosecution claimed Eduardo Erik Martinez was in charge of the incident that occurred on November 22, 2023, near the 9th Street return slope during the evening rush hour.
Before filming a music video featuring different individuals cakes on the side of and around him, Martinez allegedly recruited many individuals to use their automobiles to obstruct traffic lanes.
