According to authorities, a lady from San Bernardino County was detained on suspicion of trying to kill a man in a previous relationship with her.

On December 12, at around 7:45 a. m. , San Bernardino County Sheriff's Office ( SBSD ) deputies responded to the 22200 block of National Trails Highway in Oro Grande, an unincorporated Mojave Desert community. The victim, an adult male, claimed he had been poisoned with fentanyl in October, but authorities discovered it after arguing with the suspect, identified as 47-year-old Kristy Oliphant, a native of Oro Grande.
