A Spanish man is waiting for surgery to try to remove a piece of bullet from his eye after he was wounded in a shooting on Saturday 12 September in Chatsworth, Los Angeles.
Bryan Trujillo, 25, was offering a catering service at a birthday party when one of the guests, who was alcoholic, fired several shots, one of which injured the Hispanic worker.
The Latino worker stated that, at one point at the party, the subject pulled out a gun and began shooting to the ground.
