A Spanish family was detained in Fullerton, Orange County, after her 19-month-old son fell from her vehicle while crossing the street.
Jacqueline Hernandez, 35, was taken into custody by Fullerton officers on suspicion of aggravated child abuse, according to officials.
The Fullerton Police Department said officers became conscious of a film that was being viewed on social media last week that showed a baby falling from a dark SUV as it turned from Euclid Street onto Malvern Avenue.
