After being accused of trying to poison her child while he was in Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 35-year-old girl was detained in Columbus, Ohio.

Tiffany Marie Lesueur, the accused, is charged with child endangerment.

Two days later, medical employees reportedly noticed a minute attempt while reviewing security camera footage.

The person is seen using a sample container entering a hospital restroom. The vessel appeared to have fecal matter inside upon exiting. According to the report, Lesueur mixed the ingredients with a solvent before syringing them into the left-hand-attached IV line with a needle.

Hearing and Legal Actions

Lesueur showed up on Tuesday in Franklin County Magistrates ' Court. She was placed on$ 2,500 bail, according to the judge.

She may not be able to have uncontrolled contact with minors if bail is posted.

While the scenario investigation is ongoing, the preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 19.
