Karol G and Bruno Mars released the official video clip of “Still”, their long-awaited musical collaboration that is part of the new album of the Colombian: “I don’t regret feeling so much.”
The audiovisual piece captures the energy of the first live interpretation of the theme, held at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles (California) before more than 50,000 spectators, mixed with intimate moments recorded during the preparations of the show.
The production stands out for an aesthetic contrast that alternates white and black sequences with color shots.
In one of the scenes, the Colombian artist appears in front of the mirror in his wardrobe completing his preparations, while in parallel the American musician is observed finishing his guitar. The shooting also recorded both singers sharing inside the yard when it was still completely empty.
The summit point of the video comes with the meeting of both at the SoFi Stadium. The camera recorded the chemistry of the duo in front of an euphoric crowd, alternating plans of the interpretation with shots from the attendees who formed part of this live recording.
Unlike the usual conceptual productions in the industry, this project focused on a documentary aesthetic centered on the show and moments behind the scenes.
According to the singer in a recent interview, this new stage of her career will adopt a simpler visual proposal due to the demanding agenda of her presentations. In that sense, he anticipated that it is very likely that the upcoming singles of his recording project will follow this same style of production.
The premiere comes amid the development of Karol G’s “Tropitour” across different cities in North America, a tour that will remain active until mid-October before landing in Latin America and Europe.
