Despite constant rumors on social media about a possible pregnancy with actor Timothée Chalamet, Kylie Jenner has made it clear that she has no plans to be a mother again at the moment.
In a recent interview with the magazine Who What Wear, the 29-year-old businesswoman addressed speculations about her personal life and explained the reasons for her stance.
Jenner confessed that she made a promise to herself at the age of 25: to pause maternity to meet her youth. “I really want to enjoy the last half of my twenties, because the first half was like, ‘You’re pregnant,’ and then comes the year of recovery, my mental state and postpartum depression. I felt like I lost some of those years of my youth,” Kylie Cosmetics founder said.
Mother of eight-year-old Stormi and four-year-old Air—from her previous relationship with rapper Travis Scott—the celebrity recognized that becoming a mother at the age of 20 led her to assume adult responsibilities very prematurely. Now, at the doorstep of turning 30, she seeks to avoid repentance and live experiences with greater freedom.
Regarding the comments that assure that she seeks to enlarge the family alongside Chalamet, with whom she has been dating for three years, the businesswoman rejected the versions during her participation in the podcast Better Half. “I’m so used to people believing their own narrative that I laugh at it. Eventually they will realize the truth,” he said.
This stage of maturity also influences your professional facet. After debuting in the performance this year with the fake documentary “The Moment”, Jenner says she is very selective with the roles she accepts to not neglect quality time with her children or saturate her professional agenda before entering her new decade of life.
