Boca Juniors confirmed this Sunday the incorporation of Ecuadorian striker Enner Valencia, who arrives as a free player and signed a contract until December 2027. The attacker became the club's fourth reinforcement for the current transfer market and an important bet to strengthen an area of ​​the team that had been showing a lack of goals.

The officialization came two days after his arrival in Buenos Aires.

Valencia landed on Friday afternoon and on Saturday he was present at the Tomás Adolfo Ducó stadium watching Boca's draw against Vélez Sarsfield for the fourth day of the Argentine Clausura Tournament.

His arrival was possible after the club released a foreign quota following the departure of Marcelo Saracchi and the loans abroad of Iker Zufiaurre and Santiago Zampieri, movements that also enabled two additional incorporations in this market.
