A Powerball ticket sold in Hollywood was one number away from winning the $905 million jackpot in the drawing held Monday night.
However, the ticket that matched five of the six numbers drawn gave its lucky owner a prize of $1.4 million dollars.
According to the California Lottery, the ticket was issued at a 7-Eleven convenience store located at 5700 Santa Monica Boulevard, near the intersection with North Wilton Place, in Hollywood.
