California announced on Tuesday that it would delay the revocation of 17, 000 business driver's licenses until March, a week after expat advocacy groups filed a lawsuit.
The decision to state officials may allow drivers and bus individuals who are legally able to keep their permissions for longer. California was lose$ 160 million if it doesn't comply with the deadline of January 5, 2026 to withdraw the licenses, according to U. S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy.
