A woman from Mexico who lives in the Berclair town of Memphis was the victim of tear gas inside her own house during an immigration agent's procedure. When she heard a loud bang on the front door, she grabbed her 10-month-old sisters and went to open it, not imagining what would happen next, according to her account to Newsweek. She explained in an email to the release that she grabbed the sisters and attempted to run to the door to open it after the sound of the security door being cut. " I saw break oil coming out of the holes in the entrance. " She had to move to the bath with her children to keep them safe from the smoke as the gas started to spread quickly. " They took my children," they said.

The girl claimed that officials forced their way inside, ruined a portion of the house's inside, and dragged her and the kids out of the bath.

She reported that they removed me and the sisters from the car and then held them while handcuffing me while they were there to be arrested.

Pascanales and the children were taken to a building where they remained until about 3:00 am when they were eventually released after days when they were now in prison.

Two additional parents who reside there are being detained and are still there.

Immigration lawyer Colton Bane, who was contacted following the incident, explained to the WREG Memphis place that an agent had informed him that the procedure was being started because two teenagers, one of whom was a house citizen, reportedly initiated a policeman chase.
