A Los Angeles judge will hear the evidence presented by prosecutors against the singer D4vd, in a preliminary hearing this Tuesday, which could last several days, to decide if there is enough evidence to prosecute him for the death of Celeste Rivas Hernández.
According to prosecutors, the evidence to be presented will show that D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke, took Celeste to the residence he rented in the Hollywood Hills, where he stabbed her to death and later dismembered her body in his garage with chainsaws.
The preliminary hearing in the Los Angeles Court begins this Tuesday, but it is expected to last at least four days, and will resemble an abbreviated trial, without the presence of a jury.
