According to court documents obtained by Fox 9 in May, a man who had been detained without having any jail time for two different problems, including the murder of a 15-year-old woman at gunpoint, has been charged with kidnapping and sexually abusing a woman for several days in a Minnesota hotel room. His DNA revealed he had previously been involved in a gun attack on a young woman and strangled and raped a woman he met on Snapchat. He was released from prison, but, after agreeing to a plea bargain in May that gave him the opportunity to have his prison sentences suspended. She has been a prisoner for weeks. According to the court documents, he is then accused of holding a captive woman in a hotel in Bloomington, Minnesota, and constantly assaulting her in September, only four months after her preferential treatment. Problems in the past

His DNA eventually revealed a connection to the 2017 murder of a young girl who claimed he attacked her after she was forced to perform oral sex on another man at the hands of a man.
He received a three-year prison sentence for the attack on the 15-year-old, but it was suspended for five years, preventing him from serving any jail time. Mohammed was even given a five-year supervision and a three-year stint in the Hennepin County Asylum, but was given time off, according to Fox 9's report. He received a 14-month jail sentence for the sexual assault he committed in 2024, but it was also suspended, so he avoided jail. Mohamed received credit for occasion served, one time of probation, and an extra 364 days in the Hennepin County Asylum. The statement was justified by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office. These claims were the available and suitable ones to ensure a criminal conviction, director Daniel Borgertpoepping told Fox 9:" These circumstances that caused problems in many cases of unlawful sexual conduct were the available and suitable people. Mohamed is being held without bail on the most recent murder charge. According to the prosecution papers, his next court appearance is scheduled for December 31.
