An apartment building located in downtown Minneapolis became a scene of terror after a shooter killed two people and wounded six others, three of the shooters are local police.
According to Bill Peterson, the interim police chief of Minneapolis, authorities responded to an alert to 911 about a gunshot injured person on 15 E Street. Grant where they continued to hear shots.
Upon arriving at the site, a couple of officers noticed that someone was still detonating a firearm and as they continued to advance they discovered that there were a couple of wounded instead.
For some unexplained reason on an upper floor, they encountered a fog that limited visibility.
