The news about the sale of the property was announced by The businesswoman herself gave her followers a tour of each room in her home in La Esperilla.

“FOR SALE!! My furnished apartment with ocean view in La Esperilla ? Santo Domingo, RD,” reads a fragment of the message with which the mother of Her Highness and Her Majesty shared her listing.

The apartment, as she herself revealed, is being sold furnished and is more than ready to be occupied, so the new owners won't have to invest a single dollar more.

“Live facing the sea in a luxury 255 m² apartment, fully furnished and ready to move in,” Amara posted.

According to the technical specifications, which she herself shared, the apartment is located on the eighth floor and has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

It also boasts a foyer, kitchen, dining room, main living room, balconies, Laundry area, maid's quarters, covered parking for two vehicles, among other spaces for the enjoyment of future residents.
