Hillary Clinton, former first lady, launched severe criticism against the remodeling experienced in the White House since Donald Trump's return to the presidency of the nation.

Since his return to Washington, the 80-year-old Republican anticipated that he would renovate the White House, starting with the construction of a Ballroom in the style of European courts whose cost would be around $200 million, an amount that would be contributed by the main technology companies operating in the country.

The work involved the demolition of the east wing of the White House and from this more adjustments began to emerge in the property, such as the remodeling of the Lincol Bathroom, a space used by guests of honor who come to the property.

Added to the list was the installation of plaques under the portraits of the presidents throughout the nation's history, this on the so-called “Presidential Walk of Fame,” which is located along the colonnade of the West Wing.

Subsequently, it was determined to pave the grass of the Rose Garden to create a patio with tables and two large flagpoles in the north and south gardens.

In addition to this, the construction of a granite-filled helipad is underway, which will be located on the south lawn of the White House based on a $6 million dollar project.

During her appearance on the podcast “Pivot with Kara Swisher and Scott Galloway,” Hillary Clinton attacked Trump for allegedly having the presidential palace decorated in the style of the palaces where Saddam Hussein, former dictator in Iraq, lived.

“It saddens me that she's so tacky, and it's a reflection of, you know, her narcissistic personality and her need to feel important, including putting gold decorations all over the walls of the Oval Office,” he said.

He then recommended that the head of the nation focus on finding a way out of the war in Iran instead of focusing on changing the face of the White House.

“This is a man who apparently thinks: ‘Where can I add more gold?’ instead of: ‘How can I get out of Iran without looking like the loser that I am?’” he emphasized.

In response, Davis Ingle, White House spokesperson, issued a statement in which he assures that the former Secretary of State has not finished getting over the fact that Trump defeated her in the presidential elections held in November 2016, which she still does not dare to overcome and instead chooses to attack the 80-year-old president.

“Hillary Clinton never had the opportunity to occupy the Oval Office as president because she suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of President Trump, from which she has never recovered,” part of the text indicates.
