Hundreds of Mexican fans came out this Tuesday night to celebrate their team's victory over the Ecuador team in the 2026 World Cup.
Fans took over streets and avenues in areas of eastern Los Angeles, Pacoima, Huntington Park, Boyle Heights and Santa Ana, among other locations, after Mexico advanced to the round of 16 after beating the Ecuadorian national team 2-0 at the Azteca Stadium in Mexico City.
During the celebration, fans proudly waved the flags of Mexico, while dancing in unison, without forgetting to lift people into the air and catch them with their arms, while chanting.
