After discovering an increase in reports of immigration arrests inside airports across the country, even during domestic flights, the Coalition for the Human Rights of Immigrants ( CHIRLA ) issued an unusual notice aimed at the immigrant community.
In addition to reports from Nevada, Colorado, Massachusetts, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia, the arrests have been documented in terminals like Los Angeles International Airport ( LAX ) and San Francisco International Airport ( SFO ), according to a statement released by the organization itself.
