Two people were hospitalized in serious condition after being hit by a car during an illegal street takeover that occurred Sunday night in the North Hills neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley.
The Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) reported that paramedics responded to the incident, which occurred at approximately 5:55 p.m. at the intersection of Plummer Street and Haskell Avenue.
A recording captured the moment when a vehicle that was making turns at the intersection hits two people, a young man and a woman, leaving one of them unconscious.
