At a preliminary hearing over the death of Hispanic Celeste Rivas Hernández on Monday morning, the D4vd singer said he was innocent of all the death and other charges brought against him.
It was revealed during the reading that D4vd, whose lawful name is David Anthony Burke, had changed his defence after leaving his personal team of attorneys and choosing to remain represented by Walid Fouad Kandeel, a public defender from Los Angeles.
Is it unknown whether the band's defense may change to accommodate the prosecution's start date.
