Prior to the firing, family members of the victim reported hearing between five and seven noises coming from the north of the house. Officers conducted searches of many nearby homes during the investigation, and they discovered that only Adams ' home lacked sufficient safety barriers for target practice. The police report stated that Adams was given a Glock 45 revolver as a Christmas present and that his companions could hear him firing about 20 sessions later that afternoon. The plaintiff made it known to the police that he was shooting at a could in his garden without using any barriers to prevent the weapons. Fees and Proceedings: After being informed that one of the shots had the potential to kill the woman, Adams displayed a powerful emotional response. After being given his rights, he later admitted to using the weapons north from his house. Authorities detained him on Thursday night, and his bail was set at$ 100, 000 during his initial court appearance. The plaintiff, according to the trial, allegedly acted with a conscious disregard for the health of others by creating a dangerous position with a rifle. As the legal procedure progresses, a preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 26.
