Johnny Depp is set to return to the big screen after several years of absence in Hollywood. He will do so from the hand of “Ebenezer”, the film directed by filmmaker Ti West in which he penetrates into the deepest of psychological horror.
In the first advance of the film, the famous 63-year-old is appreciated with facial prostheses and epoch clothing that makes him almost unrecognizable on screen.
In just a few minutes from the trailer, Johnny Depp shows the cold and distant personality of his character “Ebenezer Scrooge” before the spectral appearances that are presented to him within the story.
In addition to Johnny Depp, the “Ebenezer” feature will feature performances by Ian McKellen, Rupert Grint, Daisy Ridley, Sam Claflin and Andrea Riseborough, to name a few.
It will be November 13 when the film produced by Emma Watts through Green Bean Pictures and Paramount Pictures arrives in theaters, marking Depp’s expected return since her last appearance in 2018 within the “Fantastic Beasts” saga.
The first images of the film were well received by the public, who became present from different digital platforms with messages of appreciation for film quality, as well as the return of the histrion.
