The NWS forecast related winds on Sunday, with winds of 40 to 55 miles in the eastern hills of Los Angeles County and the eastern hills of Ventura County, including the Santa Monica and Santa Susana ranges, reaching speeds of 60 to 70 mph in the mountains.
