A homeless sweep last week resulted in the arrest of 69 homeless people in the Hart Park area and city limits, the Orange Police Department (OPD) reported.
The arrest of the homeless people was due to the fact that they were allegedly related to various minor and serious crimes.
The OPD bike team collaborated on the operation with officers from the Santa Ana Police Department and other agencies to “address quality of life issues,” according to Orange Police posts on social media.
