A liquor store was looted by dozens of people early this Saturday, August 15, while an illegal street takeover was taking place in the Bellflower area of Los Angeles County.
In a statement, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department (LASD) reported that, at 3:29 a.m. On Saturday, deputies responded to the 15100 block of Bellflower Boulevard, following a call from a person who reported seeing between 20 and 30 people trying to break into a business.
According to authorities, by the time deputies arrived, they discovered that an illegal street takeover was blocking the intersection of Bellflower Boulevard and Somerset Boulevard.
