Transportation Security Administration ( TSA ) agents with "exemplary service" during the government shutdown will receive a$ 10,000 bonus check, according to Kristi Noem, the secretary of homeland security, on Thursday.
Following the end of a 43-day state closure, Noem made his announcement at a Houston aircraft.
Noem claimed that the prizes are" for their passion, for working more transitions, and for showing up to work every day" in addition to the rear give.
