For a few minutes, the Santiago Bernabéu left aside the rivalry between Real Madrid and Real Sociedad to recognize two footballers who are part of the recent success of the Spanish national team. Marc Cucurella and Mikel Oyarzabal, world champions, received a tribute before the match between both teams.
The Madrid stadium joined together to celebrate the conquest of the World Cup of the United States, Mexico and Canada, at a time that gathered on the same lawn two players who would be rivals few minutes later.

The scene had a special significance because both footballers defended different shirts. Cucurella began the match among the supporters, while Oyarzabal appeared in the 11th of the Real Sociedad as captain.
The tribute ended with the two footballers hugged in the center of the field and alongside the trophy before returning with their respective teammates.
Shortly thereafter, the ball returned each to his reality. Cucurella took his place in the bench, as Álvaro Carreras retained the title after his good performance against the Espanyol. Oyarzabal, on the other hand, led the Royal Society inside the field.
After the tribute, Real Madrid took charge of focusing again on the playing field and achieved a strong 4-1 victory over Real Sociedad.
The absolute protagonist of the triumph was Kylian Mbappé, author of three goals, while Vinícius completed the goal so that the set led by José Mourinhoined the full victory in LaLiga.
