Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) will launch a massive detention program in Charlotte, North Carolina, starting this weekend.
An immigration enforcement operation will target foreigners whose criminal records label them as dangerous to the rest of the community, according to a statement released by the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office (MCSO ).
