According to Odessa officers, the unnamed girl committed the murder on Tuesday night and found Jennifer Rodriguez, 39, dead inside her lavish house in Odessa, Texas, along with her 13-year-old girl and 9-year-old child. Around 5:45 p. m. , officers discovered the horrible scene after receiving reports of a shooting at the upscale complex Eighty Seven Apartments, which is 350 miles north of Dallas. The suspected shooter had a previous relationship with Rodriguez's daughter, who was 15 years her senior, and planned to shoot her outside the school before changing his mind and fleeing to the apartment, according to police.
