A new communication was sent this Friday to an Arizona television station about Nancy Guthrie, the family of columnist Savannah Guthrie, the co-anchor of NBC's" Now" present, who vanished six nights ago.

84 years old woman's case was apparently the subject of an email, according to sources cited by NBC News.

The FBI is attempting to determine whether the word was sent from the same recipient as a previous ransom note that made references to Guthrie.

This Friday is the seventh day that Guthrie's locations have not been known. She was last seen at her apartment north of Tucson on January 31st, 2018.

On Thursday, the FBI offered a reward of up to$ 50,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of anyone connected to the woman's disappearance.

Authorities have warned that Guthrie uses a device and needs daily drugs for a heart condition and is regarded as a "vulnerable grownup" with problems walking.

After Guthrie's doorbell camera was disconnected, applications found a woman's existence, and the pacemaker app was activated, police have since determined that the case is a homicide.

Guthrie's mobile indicated that he had disconnected. Additionally, a home in the Catalina Foothills area, in the middle of a desert region northeast of Tucson, was found with proof of forced entry. At least three reported payment documents were reportedly sent to media outlets before the one sent this Friday, according to reports. One individual has been detained in connection with a "fraudulent payment complaint," according to the FBI's report from this Thursday.
